1) Bird watching :- This excursion into the world of the birds of Bhutan concentrates on the Paro, Thimphu and Punakha valleys of Western Bhutan and on the Trongsa region of Central Bhutan, which provide a superb opportunity to explore both the physical and the cultural environment in which birds thrive in a Buddhist country. The road from Paro to Thimphu passes through two deep valleys where, even from the bus window, many species of birds can be observed…

3) Trekking: - Treks are basically backpacking trips without the heavy packs. Trekkers carry just a light daypack with the day’s essentials while all other gear is transported from camp to camp by pack animals. Nor do trekkers have to fuss with setting up camp and cooking. A well trained staff sets up the tents, prepares the meals and generally take care almost everything except for the walking! Everything from dining tents to thermal rest mattresses and comfortable sleeping bags are provided and First time trekkers are often amazed by the level of creature comforts possible on a well organized trek. With these aspects taken care of, you are left free to enjoy the hike and the spectacular scenery.
4) Flora & Fauna :- Rich and varied biological diversity, very few countries in the world match Bhutan’s biological diversity and fewer still have taken such strong steps to conserve their biodiversity. Bhutan has developed its own Biodiversity Action Plan. Bhutan ranks amongst the top 10 of highest species density (species richness per unit area) in the world. Roughly 26.23% of the country’s area is protected through National Parks. In addition, a further 9% has been declared as Biological Corridor, connecting protected areas. As a result, more than 35% of the country’s area is under the protection of some form of conservation management.
